Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter Weekend! Adam had a blast with 3 Egg Hunts (one at City Park, one at Doug's mom's house, and one at my mom and dad's house), decorating easter eggs, getting his Easter basket, getting dressed up and going to church, and visiting with family.

On another note Adam read his first word 2 weeks ago. He has a card with a picture of a fox on it and the word fox written out, I guess he memorized it. When we were watching American Idol the Fox logo came across the screen and Adam saw it and said "Fox". I was shocked so I wrote the word fox down on a piece of paper and he read it again. So cool!!!

The next day he also said one of his longest sentences by himself (He has been able to say stuff that long when he is singing songs or something he has memorized, but this was all words he put together on his own). He is now stringing together 5 words. He looked out the window and saw Doug's cop car and without me saying anything he said "Daddy's cop car said woo woo woo". It is so neat to see him adding words like "said" he likes to use it all the time now and tell me what everything says.
